APACINTI open the opportunity for labour to establish Labour Union, representing the working people and aiming at social equality and deliver aspiration of all labourer. SPA, the name chosen is shortening of Serikat Pekerja Apacinti. SPA stand as a free medium that bridge communication between company and labourers. This function has been preceded for years effectively, hence there have never been any miscommunication or protest that would interrupt the company's activities. As member of ILO (International Labour Organization), SPA strongly holds the implementation of international freedoms: freedom of expression and association, refuse hard labour, refuse child labour, and freedom from discrimination. The purpose of the Labour Union : 1. Ensure and improve the standard of living and economic status of its members. 2. Improve and ensure the safety of the individual from threats and situations that may arise due to market fluctuations, changes in technology or management decisions. 3. Influencing the power relations in the social system in ways that support and not detrimental to the development and objectives of the union. 4. Create mechanisms to deter the use of policies and practices that subjective and arbitrary in the workplace.
